This job opportunity is designed for skilled technical and safety professionals who will be working in an industrial environment with high operational standards. The Mechanical and Electrical Technicians will be responsible for supporting maintenance activities, ensuring equipment functionality, and assisting in repair and installation tasks. The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical operations, guide technicians, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. The Safety Officer role, specifically Maaden Aluminium approved, is responsible for maintaining strict safety regulations across the site. The purpose of these roles is to ensure efficiency, minimize downtime, and maintain safe working conditions in high-risk industrial projects where precision and discipline are highly important.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be expected to perform duties according to their job categories. Mechanical Technicians will handle machinery inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of equipment. Electrical Technicians will work on wiring systems, control panels, and electrical fault diagnosis under supervision. Electrical Supervisors will coordinate teams, assign tasks, and ensure all electrical work meets safety and technical standards. The Safety Officer will conduct site inspections, enforce safety rules, and ensure all workers comply with PPE requirements and hazard control procedures. All employees must follow instructions from supervisors, maintain proper documentation, and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment at all times.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess strong technical knowledge relevant to their respective fields. Mechanical Technicians should understand industrial machinery, maintenance tools, and troubleshooting methods. Electrical Technicians must be skilled in electrical systems, circuit analysis, and repair procedures. Electrical Supervisors require leadership experience along with deep technical expertise in electrical project management. The Safety Officer must have Maaden Aluminium approval and strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. All candidates should have prior experience in industrial projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia, along with good communication skills, teamwork ability, and the capacity to work under strict deadlines in demanding environments.
