An urgent manpower requirement is currently open for several categories, including Safety, WPR, Fire Watch, E&I Technician, and Rigger positions. The project is located in Yanbu and offers a three-month assignment with immediate mobilization. Understanding the Available Industrial Roles
Each position has a specific responsibility within the project environment. Safety personnel help monitor workplace conditions and encourage compliance with established safety procedures. Work Permit Receivers coordinate activities under approved permits, while Fire Watch workers remain alert during potentially hazardous work. E&I Technicians support electrical and instrumentation activities, and Riggers assist with lifting and material-handling operations. Together, these roles help maintain safe, organized, and productive site operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Safety workers may conduct routine site observations, identify hazards, communicate safety requirements, and support toolbox meetings and corrective actions. WPR personnel will coordinate work permits, communicate permit conditions to work teams, and ensure activities remain within the authorized work scope. Fire Watch workers will monitor assigned areas for sparks, flames, smoke, or other hazards and respond according to site emergency procedures.
E&I Technicians may assist with electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and related field activities. Rigger II and Rigger III workers will support lifting operations by preparing loads, using suitable rigging equipment, guiding suspended materials, and coordinating with lifting teams. All selected workers should follow supervisor instructions and applicable safety procedures throughout their assignment.
Skills, Experience and Eligibility
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for and must be able to work responsibly in an industrial environment. Safety and WPR applicants should understand workplace safety and permit procedures, while E&I Technicians should have appropriate electrical and instrumentation knowledge. Riggers should understand safe lifting practices and proper use of rigging equipment. Good communication, teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness are important for all categories.
