Description
The Scaffolding Supervisor and Rigger roles are critical for maintaining safety and efficiency at construction sites. A Scaffolding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring that all activities meet safety regulations and engineering standards. Rigger Level 2 and Level 3 workers support lifting operations, ensuring that materials are safely moved using cranes and rigging equipment. These roles are highly important in industrial environments where precision, safety, and coordination directly impact project success and workforce safety.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures, inspecting equipment before use, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Supervisors must manage teams, coordinate with engineers, and ensure that all site activities follow approved safety protocols. Riggers are responsible for attaching loads, guiding crane operations, and ensuring proper handling of heavy materials. Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of scaffolding systems, rigging procedures, and industrial safety standards.
