The main purpose of this workforce is to support piping, fabrication, structural, and instrumentation activities in a highly controlled industrial environment. These roles are essential for ensuring project efficiency, safety compliance, and timely completion of critical construction phases. Candidates selected for these positions will be working under vendor codes and must follow strict industrial standards as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for performing specialized construction and maintenance tasks depending on their role category. Pipe fitters will handle pipe installation, alignment, and assembly according to technical drawings and site specifications. Pipe and structural fabricators will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal structures with accuracy and precision. Supervisors in E&I and instrumentation will oversee technical operations, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and coordinate daily site activities. All workers are expected to maintain safety protocols, report hazards, and support smooth workflow execution. Proper documentation, teamwork, and adherence to site instructions are mandatory throughout the project duration.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have strong experience in industrial construction or oil and gas projects, particularly in GCC countries. Pipe fitters and fabricators should possess the ability to read technical drawings and work with tools and welding equipment efficiently. Supervisory roles require leadership skills, technical knowledge in electrical and instrumentation systems, and the ability to manage teams on-site.
