The requirement further includes E&I Foremen and Welding Foremen, with five positions available in each category. Both roles offer SAR 20 per hour and involve room-to-room duties.

Responsibilities Across the Roles

Piping Foremen are responsible for coordinating piping crews, allocating daily work, monitoring progress, and communicating with supervisors and other site teams. They should understand piping installation, fabrication, and maintenance activities.

Rigging Foremen coordinate lifting operations and rigging teams. They may review lifting arrangements, guide riggers, monitor equipment and accessories, and ensure established safety procedures are followed.

Piping Leadmen support supervisors by directing workers, distributing tasks, checking daily progress, and helping resolve routine site issues. E&I Foremen supervise electrical and instrumentation activities, coordinate manpower, and monitor technical work according to project requirements.

Welding Foremen manage welding crews, coordinate daily assignments, monitor welding activities, and communicate with project supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and required standards.

Skills and Eligibility

Candidates should have relevant practical experience in their selected trade and previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity. The recruitment specifically requires BLS, First Aid, and OSHA certifications.
