A further requirement is for Welding Foremen, who can supervise welding teams, coordinate daily activities, monitor work progress, and help ensure welding operations are completed according to project requirements.

Work Responsibilities

Rigger Level III workers may assist with lifting operations, inspect lifting accessories, guide loads, and communicate with operators and other members of the lifting team. Safety awareness and practical rigging experience are important for this role.

Scaffolders may erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures while following established working procedures. Helpers can assist tradespeople with tools, materials, equipment movement, and general site support.

Welding Foremen are expected to coordinate welding crews, distribute tasks, monitor progress, and communicate with supervisors and other project teams. Candidates should have suitable experience in welding-related industrial work and crew supervision.
