The Welding QC Inspector role involves ensuring welding activities meet ASME codes, C-SWIP standards, and project specifications in a large combined cycle power plant project. Key Responsibilities

The Safety Officer will be responsible for conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, implementing preventive measures, and ensuring all workers follow approved safety protocols. Regular safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident reporting will be part of the daily routine. The Welding QC Inspector will oversee welding operations, perform inspections, verify weld quality, and ensure compliance with approved welding procedures. This includes monitoring NDE activities, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with engineering teams to maintain quality standards. Both roles require continuous site monitoring and strict adherence to project guidelines.

Skills and Knowledge

For the Safety Officer position, candidates must have strong knowledge of ARAMCO safety standards, HSE regulations, and risk assessment procedures. Experience in large construction or industrial projects is essential, along with excellent communication and reporting skills. For the Welding QC Inspector role, candidates must possess a degree in engineering or related field, with 10+ years of experience in CCGT or conventional power projects. Certifications such as C-SWIP, NDE qualifications, and knowledge of ASME codes and metallurgy are mandatory. Strong analytical skills and hands-on welding inspection experience are highly required.
