Key Responsibilities
Each selected candidate will be responsible for performing duties according to their trade and site requirements. Workers in welding, piping, and electrical departments will handle installation, repair, maintenance, and system troubleshooting tasks. Foremen will supervise teams, assign work, and ensure that all activities are completed as per project standards. Technical and clerical staff will manage records, reporting, and coordination between departments. All employees must strictly follow safety guidelines, use proper PPE, and ensure compliance with industrial regulations. The overall responsibility is to maintain smooth workflow, reduce operational delays, and support efficient project execution through teamwork and discipline.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant technical experience in industrial projects, preferably within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries. Multi Welders should be skilled in CS welding techniques, while Pipe Fitters must understand piping systems and installation methods. Electricians and E&I Technicians must have strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems. Foremen should demonstrate leadership skills and workforce management experience. Clerks must be proficient in documentation and basic computer operations. All applicants must have Ajeer registration, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
