Key Responsibilities
Employees will be assigned duties according to their trade and project requirements. Structural Fitters will be responsible for assembling and installing steel structures, reading fabrication drawings, and ensuring precise alignment of components at industrial sites. Millwright Fitters will handle machinery installation, mechanical maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting to ensure smooth plant operations. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit-to-work systems, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and coordinate between departments for safe task execution. Safety Officers will conduct inspections, identify hazards, enforce safety standards, and ensure all workers follow occupational health regulations. Riggers will be responsible for lifting operations, securing heavy loads, and ensuring safe movement of materials, especially in high-risk environments such as Aramco-approved sites. Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily operations, support loading and unloading activities, and maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site. All workers must follow supervisor instructions and maintain strict discipline during project execution.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have strong experience in industrial construction, particularly in oil & gas, fabrication, and heavy engineering environments. Candidates must be familiar with site safety procedures, tool handling, and mechanical operations relevant to their job category. Ajeer and Chamber registration is mandatory for most skilled positions, especially for technical and supervisory roles. Safety Officers must have solid knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. Riggers must understand lifting plans, load calculations, and signal communication standards. Physical fitness is essential for all roles due to demanding site conditions and long working hours. Previous experience in Maaden or Aramco projects will be considered a strong advantage. Basic communication skills, teamwork ability, and adaptability to site conditions are required for all applicants.
