Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing technical and supervisory duties based on their trade. Mechanical Superintendents will oversee equipment installation, maintenance planning, and workforce coordination to ensure smooth mechanical operations at project sites. Riggers (Level 1 and 2, Aramco approved) will handle lifting activities, load securing, and safe material movement according to lifting plans and safety procedures. QA/QC Welding Inspectors will be responsible for quality inspection of welding activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards. Scaffolding Supervisors will manage scaffold erection, inspection, and dismantling activities while ensuring full safety compliance at site. Safety Officers will monitor workplace safety, conduct inspections, and enforce hazard control measures in compliance with industrial safety regulations. Millwright Fitters and Structural Fitters will perform installation, alignment, and mechanical assembly work in heavy industrial environments. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit systems, coordinate between departments, and ensure all tasks are executed safely and legally. All workers must strictly follow site instructions and maintain discipline throughout project execution.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have strong technical experience in industrial construction, mechanical maintenance, and oil & gas project environments. Candidates applying for Aramco-approved positions must hold valid certifications and demonstrate hands-on experience in major energy projects. Riggers must be knowledgeable in lifting techniques, load calculations, and rigging safety standards. QA/QC Inspectors should have expertise in welding inspection methods, NDT awareness, and quality documentation. Safety Officers must understand hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. Millwright and Structural Fitters must possess strong mechanical skills, including equipment alignment and structural installation techniques. All candidates should be physically fit, able to work in demanding field conditions, and capable of following strict safety protocols. Ajeer and Service Agreement registration is mandatory for several positions. Prior Gulf experience is considered a strong advantage.
