Key Responsibilities

Electrical Supervisors are responsible for handling flame detectors, fire alarm systems, and gas detection systems while ensuring proper installation and maintenance activities. QC Supervisors HVAC and QC Coating Supervisors will monitor inspection procedures, quality assurance documentation, and compliance with industrial standards during project execution. Material Receiving Inspectors and RTR QC Inspectors are responsible for checking incoming project materials, reviewing technical specifications, and ensuring materials meet approved project standards.
Multi Welders and Pipe Fitters will perform fabrication, welding, fitting, and installation tasks according to project drawings and safety regulations. WPR personnel are responsible for handling work permits, coordinating with safety departments, and ensuring that all work activities follow approved procedures before execution. Bus With Driver positions require valid driving licenses and safe transportation of workers or equipment to project sites. Every category requires teamwork, discipline, technical understanding, and the ability to work under industrial site conditions while following company policies and Saudi safety regulations.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant industrial or construction experience, especially in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects. Supervisory positions require strong leadership skills, communication abilities, and technical knowledge related to fire systems, piping systems, HVAC quality control, or electrical detection systems. Candidates applying for welding, fitting, inspection, or WPR roles should have practical field experience and the ability to work according to approved standards and procedures. Aramco experience or CBT certification may provide additional advantages for certain categories.
