Description
The Helper position is an essential entry-level role in industrial and construction projects where support is required for various technical and non-technical activities. The main purpose of this job is to assist skilled technicians, welders, pipe fitters, and supervisors in completing tasks efficiently and safely. Helpers contribute to maintaining productivity on-site by preparing tools, carrying materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting installation and maintenance work. In the industrial sector, especially in oil, gas, and construction projects, Helpers are highly important because they ensure that operations run without delays and that skilled workers can focus on specialized tasks.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of a Helper include supporting daily site operations by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas.
