Description
The Aramco Industrial Construction workforce plays a vital role in supporting large-scale oil, gas, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. These positions are essential for ensuring that complex engineering works are executed safely, efficiently, and according to strict Saudi Aramco standards. The project includes a wide range of technical, supervisory, and skilled labor roles such as HSE Supervisors, QC Inspectors, Supervisors, Foremen, Pipe Fabricators, Pipe Fitters, Electricians, Scaffolders, Firewatchers, and general helpers. Each position contributes directly to the successful completion of industrial construction activities in areas where precision, safety, and technical expertise are highly required. In Aramco-approved environments, every task is monitored under strict safety and quality regulations to maintain world-class operational standards. These roles are especially important in ensuring that oil and gas facilities operate without interruption while maintaining structural integrity and worker safety.
Key Responsibilities
Each role within this project carries specific responsibilities based on technical expertise and job function. HSE Supervisors are responsible for enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards across the site, ensuring that all activities comply with Aramco regulations. QC Inspectors monitor piping and mechanical works to guarantee that all installations meet engineering specifications and quality standards. Supervisors and Foremen manage daily site operations, coordinate workforce activities, and ensure timely project execution. Pipe Fabricators and Pipe Fitters are responsible for cutting, assembling, and installing piping systems according to technical drawings. Electricians handle electrical installations, wiring, and maintenance work, while Scaffolders ensure safe access structures are properly installed and maintained. Firewatchers monitor hot work activities to prevent fire hazards, and helpers assist skilled workers in daily tasks. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) manage permit systems to ensure that no task begins without proper authorization. All workers are required to follow strict safety procedures, report hazards, and maintain discipline on-site to ensure smooth project operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates applying for these roles must possess relevant technical knowledge and practical experience in industrial construction or oil and gas projects. HSE Supervisors and QC Inspectors should have strong familiarity with Aramco standards, inspection procedures, and safety regulations. Supervisors and Foremen must have leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively under pressure. Skilled trades such as pipe fabrication, fitting, and electrical work require hands-on technical expertise, the ability to read engineering drawings, and experience with industrial tools and equipment. Scaffolders must understand structural safety and third-party certification standards, while Firewatchers must be trained in hazard detection and emergency response. Work Permit Receivers should have a strong understanding of permit-to-work systems and site safety coordination. Across all positions, candidates should demonstrate discipline, teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments. Experience in Aramco projects is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage for selection.
