Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for performing safe and controlled rigging operations, including attaching, securing, and guiding heavy loads using cranes and lifting equipment. Riggers must ensure that all tools such as slings, shackles, hooks, and chains are properly inspected before every use to prevent accidents. Workers at different levels—Rigger Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3—will handle tasks based on their experience and certification, ranging from basic lifting assistance to advanced rigging operations. The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for planning, supervising, and inspecting all scaffolding activities, ensuring that structures are stable, secure, and compliant with ARAMCO safety standards. Coordination with crane operators, safety officers, and site engineers is required to execute lifting plans smoothly. Following work permits, maintaining safety documentation, and ensuring hazard-free execution are mandatory responsibilities for all staff involved in the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in industrial rigging or scaffolding, preferably in oil & gas or large construction environments. ARAMCO approval and certification for Rigger Level 1, 2, or 3 is highly preferred. A solid understanding of lifting techniques, load distribution, rigging gear inspection, and hand signaling systems is essential. The Scaffolding Supervisor must possess leadership qualities and the ability to manage teams under strict deadlines while ensuring full compliance with safety protocols. Physical fitness, alertness, and strong awareness of workplace hazards are necessary due to the demanding nature of the job. Familiarity with Ajeer Chamber requirements and legal work documentation in Saudi Arabia will be considered an added advantage for applicants seeking long-term employment stability.
