Key Responsibilities

Supervisors and foremen will coordinate teams, monitor progress, and ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess relevant experience in industrial or oil and gas projects, with strong technical knowledge in their respective fields. Candidates should be capable of reading technical drawings, understanding engineering specifications, and following strict safety protocols. Experience in Aramco or similar large-scale project environments is highly preferred. Riggers, fire watchers, and permit receivers must hold valid certifications, while engineers and supervisors should demonstrate leadership, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills. All candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding site conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
