Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling specialized tasks based on their discipline. Mechanical and electrical technicians will support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant systems and equipment. Chemical operation technicians will monitor process parameters, ensure safe chemical handling, and maintain water/steam quality standards. Engineers will supervise technical operations, review system performance, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Training engineers will be responsible for developing operational skills among staff and ensuring adherence to best practices. All personnel must follow strict safety procedures, coordinate with project teams, and ensure smooth plant operations without interruptions.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have proven experience in CCGT power plant environments, along with strong technical knowledge relevant to their discipline. Mechanical and electrical technicians should understand industrial systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques. Chemical technicians must be familiar with process control, water treatment systems, and safety handling procedures. Engineers should possess strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance standards. All candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, follow technical instructions, and comply with strict safety regulations. Previous experience in large-scale energy or industrial projects is highly preferred.
