Key Responsibilities
Each trade has specific responsibilities that support the successful execution of the project. Carpenters are responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures, concrete formwork, and framework according to project specifications. Steel Fixers prepare, cut, bend, and install reinforcing steel bars to strengthen concrete structures while ensuring proper alignment and compliance with engineering drawings. Scaffolders assemble, inspect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems to provide safe access for workers performing tasks at different heights, ensuring all scaffolding meets workplace safety standards. Block Masons build walls, partitions, and structural elements using concrete blocks, bricks, and mortar while maintaining accurate measurements and proper alignment.
