Key Responsibilities
The Flagman will be responsible for directing vehicle and equipment movement, guiding heavy machinery operators, maintaining safe traffic flow within the worksite, and protecting workers by ensuring that all lifting and transportation activities are performed safely. The Fire Watch will monitor hot work operations, identify fire hazards, inspect fire protection equipment, maintain continuous surveillance during welding and cutting activities, and respond immediately in case of emergencies. Both positions require strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations while supporting the safe execution of daily project operations.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should have relevant industrial or construction site experience in their respective roles. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of workplace safety procedures, hazard awareness, and emergency response practices. Good communication skills, teamwork, physical fitness, and the ability to work in a demanding industrial environment are essential.
