Safety Officer (Non-Aramco) – 10 Nos
Sara General Contracting Establishment is urgently recruiting experienced Safety Officers (Non-Aramco) for a project. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified HSE professionals with a strong safety background who are looking to join a 6-month project with the possibility of gaining valuable experience in the industrial construction sector. The company provides Accommodation and Transportation, along with a monthly food allowance.
The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, preventing workplace accidents, ensuring compliance with project safety standards, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of safety experience are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
The selected Safety Officer will conduct daily site inspections, identify workplace hazards, enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), monitor high-risk activities, and ensure compliance with company safety procedures. The role includes organizing toolbox talks, preparing safety reports, reviewing work permits, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions to reduce workplace risks.
The successful candidate will also work closely with project supervisors and management to maintain HSE compliance, support emergency response activities, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures is essential.
Candidates must provide all required documents, including Absher Iqama, Absher Muqeem, Medical Certificate, Insurance, CR, and Chamber Registration. Chamber Registration is mandatory for this recruitment. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
