Role Importance in Industrial Construction Projects
Each role in this recruitment drive plays a vital part in ensuring smooth project execution. Piping Foremen and Pipe Fabricators manage and assemble piping systems critical to industrial operations. Pipe Fitters ensure accurate installation and alignment of pipelines. E&I Technicians handle electrical and instrumentation systems that support automation and safety. Riggers, Scaffolders, and WPR personnel ensure safe lifting operations and site compliance, while Helpers provide essential support for daily site activities. Together, these roles ensure productivity, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties based on their respective trade categories. Piping Foremen will supervise installation activities, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with engineering drawings. Fabricators and Fitters will handle cutting, assembling, and installation of piping systems. E&I Technicians will maintain and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems. Riggers will manage lifting operations, Scaffolders will construct safe working platforms, and WPR personnel will ensure safety permit compliance. Helpers will assist skilled workers in material handling and site support tasks.
Skills, Experience, and Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have relevant industrial experience in their respective fields, preferably in oil & gas or construction projects. Strong technical knowledge, safety awareness, and ability to work in team environments are essential. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Aramco Rigger Level III certification is required for rigging positions. Basic trade certifications or prior experience will be an advantage for skilled roles.
