Key Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidates will oversee daily construction activities, assign work to site personnel, monitor progress, and ensure that all tasks are completed according to approved drawings and quality standards. Civil Supervisors will coordinate with engineers and project management while Civil Foremen will directly supervise work crews, monitor productivity, and ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials. Both positions require maintaining site safety, preparing daily work reports, resolving on-site issues, inspecting completed work, and ensuring that all construction activities comply with company policies and client requirements. Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork are essential for successful project execution.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Industry Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in civil construction projects with a strong understanding of construction methods, site supervision, and quality control procedures. Candidates must be capable of interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are highly desirable. Previous experience in Gulf countries or large-scale construction projects will be considered an advantage. Candidates must also possess a valid Iqama with at least 3 months validity to qualify for the transfer process.
