Key Responsibilities

The Helper will assist supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers with a variety of daily tasks on the project site. Responsibilities include loading and unloading construction materials, transporting tools and equipment, organizing work areas, cleaning the site, and ensuring materials are available when required. Helpers will support installation, maintenance, and construction activities by following instructions from supervisors and maintaining an orderly workplace. They are also responsible for observing workplace safety rules, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), reporting unsafe conditions, and assisting with housekeeping duties to keep the worksite clean and hazard-free. In addition, Helpers may assist with lifting materials, preparing equipment for use, supporting warehouse operations, and helping different departments whenever required. The ability to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude is important for success in this role.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should be physically fit, hardworking, and willing to perform general labor tasks in industrial or construction environments.
