Key Responsibilities
The Rigger Level III will be responsible for planning and supervising lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and Saudi Aramco safety standards. Daily responsibilities include inspecting slings, shackles, hooks, chains, wire ropes, and other lifting accessories before use to ensure they are safe and certified. The selected candidate will calculate load weights, determine the correct rigging method, guide crane operators using standard hand signals, and ensure that all lifting activities are completed safely and efficiently.
Additional duties include coordinating with lifting supervisors, crane operators, and safety officers before every lift, monitoring high-risk lifting operations, preparing lifting areas, maintaining safe exclusion zones, and reporting defective equipment or unsafe conditions immediately. The Rigger Level III is also expected to participate in toolbox meetings, follow company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, and maintain accurate lifting documentation throughout the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Rigger Level III on industrial or oil and gas projects. A strong understanding of lifting operations, rigging equipment, load calculations, and workplace safety procedures is essential. Candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working under pressure in demanding industrial environments.
Applicants should possess a valid Saudi Aramco Card and submit all required documents, including an updated CV, Iqama Copy, Muqeem Copy, Passport, Blood Group Certificate, Body Fitness Certificate, and CR Copy. Strong communication skills, teamwork, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with crane operators and supervisors are highly desirable.
