SAA Company is currently announcing urgent recruitment for multiple technical and construction positions for its long-term project. The hiring process is open for experienced professionals as well as skilled and semi-skilled workers across piping, electrical, instrumentation, rigging, and general helper categories. This large-scale manpower requirement is aimed at supporting ongoing oil and gas development activities in one of the Kingdom’s key industrial zones. Job Responsibilities and Trade Functions
Each role contributes directly to the successful execution of project operations. Piping Supervisors and Foremen are responsible for managing site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring piping installation meets engineering standards. E&I Foremen and Technicians handle electrical and instrumentation works, including installation, testing, and maintenance of systems. Piping Fitters and Electricians perform hands-on technical tasks such as installation, wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting. Rigging professionals (TUV Rigger Level 3) ensure safe lifting operations and material handling on site. Helpers and Grinder Men provide essential support in cutting, finishing, material movement, and assisting skilled workers to maintain smooth workflow across all departments.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades and a strong understanding of construction or industrial site operations. Supervisory and foreman-level candidates must demonstrate leadership abilities and prior experience in managing teams on large-scale projects. Technical workers such as fitters, electricians, and technicians should be capable of performing installation and maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. TUV certification is required for rigging positions. Candidates must possess valid documentation including Iqama, passport, visa copy, insurance, and medical fitness certificates. Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding site conditions are essential for all applicants.
