Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be assigned tasks based on their role category. Construction helpers will support general site activities such as carrying materials, assisting skilled laborers, cleaning work areas, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly handled. They may also help in loading and unloading construction supplies and maintaining site discipline under supervisor instructions.
Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures used in construction and maintenance work. They must ensure that all scaffolding is stable, properly secured, and safe for workers operating at height. Both roles require strict adherence to safety standards, coordination with team members, and following instructions from site supervisors to maintain efficiency and prevent workplace hazards.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates with basic construction knowledge as well as experienced workers in scaffolding and general labor fields. Previous site experience will be considered an advantage, especially for scaffolder positions where technical understanding of structure assembly is important.
