Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders are responsible for assembling, inspecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to approved safety procedures. They ensure scaffolds remain stable, secure, and suitable for workers performing tasks at elevated locations. Scaffolders regularly inspect equipment, identify unsafe conditions, and report any defects before work begins. Maintaining compliance with workplace safety standards is a major part of their daily responsibilities.
Helpers provide valuable assistance by carrying construction materials, preparing tools, cleaning work areas, and supporting skilled workers throughout daily operations.
