Tahani Qaed Eid Al Otaibi Contracting Est. is urgently hiring skilled and semi-skilled manpower for multiple construction trades in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. These roles are essential for ongoing building and infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality construction work, structural stability, and timely project completion. Each trade plays a key role in different stages of construction, including structural framing, finishing, welding, scaffolding, painting, and general labor support. Candidates with relevant experience in construction projects are encouraged to apply for immediate mobilization.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties

Carpenters will be responsible for formwork, shuttering, and wood structure preparation according to project requirements. Steel Fixers will handle cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement steel as per engineering drawings. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely for elevated work access. Block Workers and Plaster Workers will manage masonry and finishing work, ensuring smooth and accurate wall construction.

Welders (2G/3G) will perform welding tasks as per industrial standards, ensuring strong and safe joints in structural components. Painters will handle surface preparation, coating, and finishing work. Gypsum Board Workers will install ceiling and partition systems as per design requirements. General Labourers will assist all trades with material handling, site preparation, and support activities.

All workers must follow safety regulations, maintain discipline, and complete assigned tasks under supervisor guidance.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Applicants should have prior experience in their respective trades within construction or industrial environments. Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures is required. Candidates must be physically fit, hardworking, and capable of performing manual site work under supervision. Experience in Gulf construction projects will be considered an advantage.

A valid Absher iqama is required for eligibility. Candidates must also be ready for immediate mobilization and long-term project work.
