Cladder Sheet Metal Fitter, Rigger II, Lifting Supervisor & Safety Officer

The company is seeking qualified candidates for Cladder Sheet Metal Fitter, Rigger II, Lifting Supervisor, and Safety Officer roles across projects in Safaniya, Tasnee, and Nariyah 2. Key Responsibilities

Cladder Sheet Metal Fitters will fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal cladding according to project drawings and specifications. They will measure, cut, assemble, and fit metal components while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with workplace safety standards.

Rigger II personnel will perform lifting and rigging operations, inspect rigging equipment, prepare loads, and coordinate with crane operators to ensure safe material handling. Lifting Supervisors will oversee all lifting activities, verify lifting plans, supervise rigging teams, and ensure lifting operations comply with project safety requirements. Safety Officers will conduct site inspections, identify workplace hazards, enforce HSE regulations, provide toolbox talks, monitor safety compliance, and maintain a safe working environment throughout project execution.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have practical experience in their respective trades and a good understanding of industrial construction activities. Cladder Sheet Metal Fitters should be skilled in sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques. Rigger II candidates must have experience with safe lifting practices, while Lifting Supervisors should possess strong leadership skills and knowledge of lifting operations. Safety Officers should have experience in occupational health and safety procedures, hazard identification, and site inspections.

Candidates must be physically fit, able to work in demanding industrial environments, and possess good communication and teamwork skills. Valid Saudi project documents, including Iqama, Muqeem (minimum three months), Passport, Visa Copy, Medical Certificate, and Insurance, are required for the recruitment process.
