Key Responsibilities

The QC Document Controller is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and maintaining all quality control documents related to project activities. This includes inspection reports, test results, material certifications, and compliance records. They ensure that all documents are properly numbered, filed, and stored in both physical and digital formats. The role also involves distributing updated documents to relevant departments and removing outdated versions to avoid confusion. Document Controllers coordinate with QC engineers, inspectors, and project managers to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete. They also assist in preparing documentation for audits and client submissions. Maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and proper version control is a key part of their daily responsibilities. Skills and Knowledge
