Job Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing trade-specific duties according to their specialization, such as electrical installations, duct fitting, steel fixing, carpentry works, plumbing tasks, and welding operations including 3G and 6G welding. Electricians will handle wiring and maintenance tasks, duct fitters will manage HVAC duct installation, steel fixers will work on structural reinforcement, carpenters will assist in shuttering and formwork, plumbers will handle pipeline systems, and welders will perform fabrication and joining tasks. All workers must follow site safety regulations, ensure proper use of tools, and complete assigned tasks within deadlines while coordinating with supervisors and other teams.
Required Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be experienced in their respective trades with practical knowledge of construction site operations. A valid Iqama and Absher account are mandatory for eligibility, and candidates with expired or invalid documents will not be considered. Workers should have strong technical skills, physical fitness, and the ability to work long hours under demanding site conditions. Previous experience in Gulf construction projects will be considered an advantage. Candidates must also demonstrate discipline, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions strictly in a high-security project environment such as Haramain Makkah.
