Job Role Overview & Importance

Helpers assist skilled workers in carrying materials, preparing work areas, and supporting installation activities. Together, this team ensures that all fire safety systems are fully functional, compliant, and ready for emergency response, making their role essential in high-risk construction sites.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Fire Fighting Foreman will supervise daily site operations, manage teams, and ensure that all installation work is completed according to safety standards and engineering drawings. They are also responsible for coordinating with site engineers and ensuring smooth workflow across different work zones.
Fire Fitters will install and assemble fire protection systems including piping networks, sprinkler systems, hydrants, and safety valves. Their work requires accuracy in measurements, proper alignment of equipment, and adherence to technical drawings. They will also perform system testing to ensure full functionality.
Helpers will assist fire fitters by transporting materials, preparing tools, and supporting installation activities on-site. They also help in cleaning work areas and ensuring smooth workflow during installation tasks. All workers must follow strict safety guidelines due to the sensitive nature of fire protection systems.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants for Fire Fighting Foreman positions must have prior experience in fire protection systems and the ability to manage teams on large project sites. Fire Fitters should have hands-on experience in installation of fire fighting systems or related mechanical piping work. Helpers may apply with basic construction site experience and willingness to learn.
