Description

The latest urgent manpower requirement from NSH and Gulf Asia includes multiple vacancies for major industrial and shutdown projects across Saudi Arabia, including Amiral, Sadara, Jafurah, Fadhili, Ras Tanurah, and SAOMPP. These opportunities are focused on Aramco-approved and shutdown-experienced professionals who can support ongoing oil & gas, refinery, and construction operations. The company is seeking highly skilled candidates with strong technical knowledge, valid approvals, and excellent communication skills, especially for safety-critical and QA/QC positions.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, quality inspections, equipment supervision, scaffolding activities, rigging operations, and shutdown support according to Saudi Aramco regulations. Fire Watch personnel must monitor hot work activities and ensure immediate response to any fire hazards during operations. QA/QC Supervisors and Inspectors will oversee equipment inspections, welding quality, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Riggers and Scaffolding Supervisors will handle lifting operations, material movement, and safe scaffolding execution on-site while ensuring proper coordination with supervisors and engineers.

Safety Officers will play a major role in implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections, monitoring work permits, and ensuring workers follow safety procedures at all times. Candidates applying for these positions must be able to communicate effectively in English and work efficiently under pressure during shutdown and maintenance activities.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants must have previous Aramco approval and relevant industrial or shutdown experience, especially for positions related to QA/QC, rigging, scaffolding, and safety. Safety Officer candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Fire & Safety along with valid certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or OSHA 30 Hours. A minimum of five years of experience in Aramco projects is required for safety-related positions.

Candidates should also have strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and knowledge of Saudi industrial safety regulations. Valid documentation including Iqama, Muqeem copy, passport, experience certificates, GOSI details, and Aramco approval certificates are mandatory for mobilization and selection.
