This urgent recruitment drive is announced for a major Aramco project in Ras Tanura under the C3C4 “Room to Room Duty” scope. The project requires a large number of skilled, semi-skilled, and supervisory workers across multiple categories to support piping, insulation, scaffolding, and general construction operations. These roles are critical for maintaining productivity and safety in one of Saudi Arabia’s key industrial zones. Key Responsibilities

Each role comes with specific responsibilities based on trade and expertise. Piping Foremen and Insulation Foremen will supervise site teams, manage daily work progress, and ensure all activities are aligned with engineering standards. Pipe Fitters and Fabricators will handle installation, assembly, and maintenance of piping systems. Riggers will perform lifting operations using proper rigging techniques, while Work Permit Receivers will ensure that all tasks are authorized and compliant with Aramco procedures. Scaffolders will erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely, and Insulators and Cladders will manage thermal insulation systems. Fire Watchers will monitor hot work activities, while Helpers and Laborers will assist across various operations. All workers must follow safety guidelines, report hazards, and coordinate effectively with site teams.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial or oil and gas projects, preferably within Aramco environments.
