Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

Helpers will be responsible for supporting skilled workers in daily site activities, including material handling, cleaning work areas, assisting in installation tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow on-site. They are expected to follow supervisor instructions and maintain discipline throughout their duties. Duct Fabricators will work on measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling duct systems according to technical drawings and project requirements. They must ensure accuracy in fabrication work and follow safety procedures at all times. Both roles require teamwork, attention to detail, and strict compliance with industrial safety standards.

Skills, Experience, and Required Knowledge

Candidates applying for Helper positions do not require high technical qualifications but must be physically fit and willing to work in challenging environments. Basic understanding of industrial site work is an advantage. Duct Fabricators must have relevant experience in HVAC duct fabrication, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of fabrication tools and techniques. Valid documentation including Absher Iqama, Muqeem, visa copy, CR copy, insurance, body fitness certificate, and original passport is mandatory. Chamber registration may also be required depending on the project conditions. Applicants should be ready for long-term employment and strict site discipline.
