Key Responsibilities
The Helper will support skilled workers by handling materials, preparing work areas, and assisting with daily construction activities. The Flagman will control vehicle movement, guide heavy equipment operators, and ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians within the project site. The Fire Watcher will monitor hot work operations, identify potential fire hazards, maintain fire prevention equipment, and respond quickly during emergencies. The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) will manage the permit-to-work process, verify work permits, coordinate with operations and safety teams, and ensure all work activities comply with project safety regulations. Every employee is expected to follow company procedures, maintain workplace discipline, and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience for the position they are applying for. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of performing general labor tasks.
