Helper & Light Driver – Gulf Careers

Roles and Responsibilities

Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment preparation, site cleaning, loading and unloading materials, and supporting daily construction activities while maintaining workplace safety. Light Drivers will safely transport workers, equipment, and project materials between designated locations. Drivers will also be responsible for routine vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, following Saudi traffic regulations, and ensuring timely transportation throughout the project. All employees are expected to work efficiently, follow company safety policies, and support smooth project operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have previous experience in their respective positions, preferably on construction or industrial projects. Helpers should be physically fit, hardworking, and capable of performing manual tasks in a demanding work environment. Light Driver applicants must have valid driving experience and should be familiar with Saudi road regulations. This Light Driver position is specified for Bangladeshi candidates only, according to the employer’s requirement. All applicants must possess valid Saudi work documents with at least three months of validity, maintain good communication skills, and be committed to workplace safety and discipline.
