Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The daily duties will depend on the position selected by the applicant. E&I Fitters and E&I Technicians will assist with electrical and instrumentation installation, fitting, maintenance, and other technical activities according to project instructions. Scaffolders will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding while following approved safety practices. E&I Foremen will coordinate teams, distribute work, supervise daily activities, monitor progress, and ensure that electrical and instrumentation tasks are performed correctly. Structure Welders will carry out structural welding work using suitable equipment and approved procedures. Fire Watch personnel will monitor work areas for fire hazards and ensure that appropriate precautions are maintained during hot work and other activities. All employees are expected to follow site safety rules, supervisor instructions, and project procedures.
Professional Skills and Requirements
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to their selected category and be capable of working responsibly in a construction or industrial environment. Helpers should be physically fit, hardworking, punctual, and comfortable performing general site support duties. E&I Fitters and Technicians should possess suitable electrical and instrumentation knowledge, while E&I Foremen should have strong trade experience together with the ability to supervise workers and coordinate site activities. Scaffolders should understand safe scaffolding practices and work procedures. Structure Welders must have relevant structural welding experience and the specified Aramco JCC Card.
