The company is seeking qualified Panel Electrical Technicians and Helpers to support installation and maintenance activities in an industrial work environment. Panel Electrical Technicians play an essential role in industrial facilities by ensuring electrical systems operate safely and efficiently. Their work directly supports equipment reliability, production continuity, and project completion schedules. Helpers provide operational support that allows technical teams to maintain productivity and complete assigned tasks effectively. Together, these positions contribute to maintaining high-quality industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Selected Panel Electrical Technicians will be responsible for performing electrical installation and maintenance activities according to project requirements and safety standards. Daily tasks include panel installation, MCC installation, cable laying, cable termination, conduit installation, and inspection of electrical components. Technicians must identify faults, perform troubleshooting activities, and support commissioning work where required.

Helpers will assist technical teams with material handling, equipment preparation, tool organization, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. They will support supervisors and technicians in daily operational activities while following project procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

Both categories are expected to coordinate with supervisors, maintain productivity, and ensure assigned duties are completed within project timelines. Compliance with industrial safety standards and professional work practices is mandatory throughout the project duration.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants for Panel Electrical Technician positions should possess previous industrial experience and practical knowledge of electrical systems and installations. Candidates must demonstrate competence in panel works, cable routing, terminations, and industrial electrical maintenance. The ability to interpret drawings and perform technical tasks independently will be considered an advantage.

Helpers should be physically fit, capable of supporting industrial activities, and able to work in team-based environments. Basic understanding of industrial safety practices and willingness to perform assigned responsibilities efficiently are important qualities.

For all applicants, valid project documents are mandatory. Aramco Vendor Code and Chamber documentation are compulsory requirements. Candidates must also provide Ajeer documentation, Muqeem, CR records, and Medical Fitness certificates.
