HSE Officer / Foreman/ Insulator – Saudi Arabia
Description
The industrial maintenance and construction sector continues to create significant employment opportunities across Saudi Arabia, particularly in large oil and gas projects where asset protection and workplace safety are top priorities. A new urgent recruitment campaign has been announced for the Marjan Project, offering multiple vacancies for experienced professionals in painting, insulation, and safety disciplines. These positions are essential for maintaining the reliability, efficiency, and long-term performance of industrial facilities operating in challenging environments.
Industrial painting and insulation work are critical components of refinery, petrochemical, and oil and gas projects. Protective coatings help prevent corrosion, extend equipment life, and reduce maintenance costs, while insulation systems improve thermal efficiency and enhance workplace safety. Supervisory personnel ensure that work activities are completed according to engineering specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules. HSE professionals provide additional support by enforcing safety standards and minimizing workplace risks.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned roles and project requirements. Painting Foremen will supervise painting crews, monitor work quality, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Insulation Foremen will coordinate insulation activities, assign tasks, and verify that all work is completed according to approved drawings and procedures.
Brush Painters will prepare surfaces, apply protective coatings, and perform finishing work using approved materials and techniques. Insulators will install and maintain thermal insulation systems on equipment, vessels, and pipelines. Insulation Cladding Fitters will fabricate and install protective cladding materials to safeguard insulation systems from environmental damage. HSE Officers will conduct inspections, identify workplace hazards, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and promote safe work practices throughout the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant industrial experience within painting, insulation, cladding, or safety-related fields. Candidates applying for supervisory positions should demonstrate leadership abilities, workforce management skills, and a strong understanding of quality control procedures. Brush Painters must hold valid Aramco approval and possess experience with industrial coating applications.
Insulators and Cladding Fitters should be familiar with insulation materials, installation techniques, and fabrication methods commonly used in oil and gas facilities. HSE Officers must have a comprehensive understanding of industrial safety regulations, risk assessment procedures, and accident prevention practices. Strong communication skills, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure are essential qualities for all positions.
