Core Responsibilities and Daily Activities

The HSE Officer will also deliver safety briefings, maintain safety records, and coordinate with supervisors and contractors to resolve workplace hazards. Qualifications, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should possess a Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline along with mandatory OSHA and NEBOSH certifications. Candidates must hold a QE-approved PTW or E-PTW certification specifically for Dukhan projects. A minimum of six to seven years of professional HSE experience is required, preferably within the oil and gas sector. Strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems, risk management procedures, and industrial safety standards is highly desirable. Immediate availability will be considered a significant advantage during the recruitment process.
