Man Lift Operator – 20 Positions
Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities
The selected Man Lift Operators will be responsible for inspecting the equipment before every shift, ensuring that all safety devices are functioning correctly, and reporting any mechanical issues immediately. Operators must safely maneuver boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial work platforms according to site requirements while following the instructions of supervisors and safety personnel. They are expected to position the equipment accurately, assist workers in accessing elevated work areas, and maintain safe working distances from structures, power lines, and other hazards. In addition, operators must comply with project safety policies, wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain operational records when required, and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment throughout the project duration.
Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge
Successful applicants should possess practical experience operating different types of man lifts in construction, refinery, or industrial environments. Candidates should have a solid understanding of workplace safety procedures, equipment inspections, hazard identification, and emergency response practices. Good communication skills, the ability to follow work instructions, and a responsible attitude toward safety are essential qualities for this position. Operators should be physically fit, capable of working outdoors under varying weather conditions, and comfortable working at heights.
