Helpers provide general assistance to skilled workers, including material handling, tool preparation, housekeeping, and other site-support duties. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manlift Operators may inspect the equipment before operation, position the machine correctly, operate controls safely, and ensure that elevated work is carried out within the equipment’s operating limits. Scaffolders may assemble and dismantle scaffolding, handle scaffold components, and work according to site safety requirements and supervisor instructions. Helpers may transport materials, assist skilled workers, prepare tools, maintain work areas, and perform other assigned duties. All employees should follow project instructions, maintain good communication, and report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns promptly.
Skills, Experience and Eligibility
Candidates should have practical skills appropriate to their chosen position. Manlift Operators should be capable of safely operating the relevant equipment, while Scaffolders should understand basic scaffolding practices and safe working at height. Helpers should be physically capable of performing general site-support duties and following instructions.
