Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
Employees will perform duties according to their assigned job categories while maintaining compliance with project requirements and safety regulations. Masons will carry out brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and finishing activities. Carpenters will be responsible for formwork installation, structural support work, and various carpentry-related construction tasks. Steel Fixers will prepare, cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Helpers will support skilled workers, handle material movement, maintain site cleanliness, and assist with general construction operations.
