Material Controllers and Document Controllers play an essential role in ensuring smooth project execution. Material Controllers manage the receipt, storage, and tracking of project materials, while Document Controllers maintain engineering documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring all project records remain accurate and up to date.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will monitor project materials, maintain inventory records, prepare reports, organize engineering and technical documents, manage document revisions, draft official letters and emails, and coordinate with project teams to ensure proper documentation and material control throughout the project.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should have relevant experience in material or document control. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, have the ability to use Adobe PDF, and be capable of drafting professional documents and official emails. Good organizational and communication skills are essential.
