Key Responsibilities
All selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties according to their assigned positions. Mechanical Technicians will handle installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems. Electrical and Instrument Technicians will perform troubleshooting, wiring, calibration, and system monitoring to ensure proper functionality. Welders (6G) and Fabricators will execute precision welding, cutting, and fabrication work based on engineering drawings and site requirements. Safety Officers, Fire Watch, and Hole Watch personnel will ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, monitor hazardous activities, and maintain safe working conditions at all times. Riggers (Level 3 & 4) will manage lifting operations, load handling, and rigging activities safely. Supervisors will oversee workforce performance, coordinate site activities, and ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved. Permit Receivers and Site Coordinators will manage documentation, permits, and inter-department coordination for smooth workflow execution.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess relevant technical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial or construction environments. Mechanical and Electrical Technicians should be skilled in maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and equipment handling. Welders must hold valid 6G certification with proven experience in industrial welding. Riggers should understand lifting techniques, load calculations, and safety protocols. Safety Officers must be knowledgeable in hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. Supervisory roles require leadership skills, team management experience, and strong decision-making abilities. Basic communication skills in English and the ability to follow technical instructions are essential. Gulf experience and certifications such as TUV, OSHA, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage.
