Description

Each role contributes to the safe and successful completion of the shutdown process, which is time-sensitive and highly structured. Millwrights are responsible for mechanical installation and alignment of heavy equipment, while Mechanical Foremen supervise teams and ensure work quality. Instrument and Electrical Technicians handle system calibration, wiring, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. Safety Officers ensure strict compliance with safety regulations to prevent workplace incidents. Supervisors coordinate all activities, ensuring workflow efficiency. Welders and Hydraulic Technicians perform specialized tasks essential for system integrity and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for performing their assigned duties with full compliance to industrial safety and quality standards. Millwrights will install, align, and maintain mechanical equipment during shutdown operations. Mechanical Foremen will supervise workers, assign tasks, and ensure proper execution of mechanical works. Instrument and Electrical Technicians will inspect and repair control systems, electrical panels, and instrumentation equipment. Safety Officers will monitor site conditions, conduct inspections, and enforce safety protocols. Supervisors will manage overall site operations, ensuring coordination between different departments. Welders and Hydraulic Technicians will perform precision welding and hydraulic system maintenance as required during shutdown activities.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge relevant to their respective fields along with prior experience in shutdown or industrial maintenance projects. Millwrights should have expertise in mechanical installation and equipment alignment. Mechanical Foremen must have leadership skills and hands-on experience in supervising mechanical teams.
