Key Responsibilities
Employees in these roles will be responsible for performing specialized technical tasks based on their trade. Millwright and conveyor technicians will handle installation, alignment, maintenance, and repair of heavy mechanical systems. Fabricators and welders (including 6G CS welders) will carry out precise cutting, fitting, and welding work according to engineering drawings and project requirements. Fire watch and standby personnel will ensure safety compliance during hot work activities, monitoring hazardous conditions and responding to emergencies if needed. Draftsmen will prepare and update technical drawings, while tool keepers and storekeepers will manage inventory, tools, and material coordination. Document controllers will maintain accurate records of project documentation, and electricians will install, inspect, and repair electrical systems. All roles require teamwork, discipline, and strict adherence to safety standards on site.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess relevant technical qualifications and hands-on experience in their respective fields. Technicians should have strong mechanical or electrical knowledge depending on their specialization, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
