A major manpower requirement has been announced for experienced industrial professionals across piping, welding, electrical, millwright, and structural disciplines. These positions are intended for a long-term project environment where productivity, safety compliance, and technical quality are critical. The recruitment is being coordinated through M K Khulna Manpower, with project work located in Ras Tanura. Priority will be given to candidates who have previous Berri AAP or KGP project experience and can demonstrate relevant field exposure in industrial construction and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Foremen and supervisors will be responsible for organizing daily workforce activities, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and procedures. Piping Foremen and Piping Supervisors will oversee fabrication, installation, alignment, testing coordination, and manpower management within piping operations. Welding Foremen and Welding Supervisors will supervise welding crews, monitor weld quality, enforce welding procedures, and coordinate inspection activities as required by project specifications.
Electrical Supervisors will manage installation and maintenance activities related to electrical systems, coordinate technicians, and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards. Millwrights will support equipment installation, alignment, maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting activities. Structural Fitters will assist in structural assembly, fitting, alignment, and preparation work according to fabrication and erection requirements. All personnel are expected to follow site safety rules, maintain effective communication with supervisors, and support efficient project execution.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess practical industrial experience relevant to their selected trade or supervisory category. Strong knowledge of construction methods, maintenance practices, equipment handling, technical drawings, and industrial safety procedures is required. Foreman and supervisor positions require leadership capability, crew coordination experience, and the ability to monitor productivity and quality performance on-site.
Previous Berri AAP or KGP project experience is highly preferred because it demonstrates familiarity with large-scale industrial project standards and work environments. Candidates should be capable of working under schedule pressure, following client procedures, and maintaining safety compliance throughout project operations. Valid documentation including Iqama, Muqeem, insurance, CR copy, vendor code, and body fitness records must be available for processing and mobilization.
