Key Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supervising daily piping installation activities and ensuring that all work is completed according to approved engineering drawings and project specifications. They will review isometrics, P&IDs, and material requirements before execution and guide site teams accordingly. Supervisors will also monitor workforce performance, coordinate with engineers, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and maintain proper documentation of site progress. Additional responsibilities include resolving technical issues on site, reporting project updates, and ensuring smooth workflow between different construction teams.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in piping supervision, particularly within petrochemical or oil & gas construction projects. Strong knowledge of piping drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, material specifications, and execution procedures is essential. Candidates must also have a good understanding of ASME, API, and industry-standard piping codes. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required for documentation and reporting purposes.
