Duties and Responsibilities

Foremen supervise work crews directly, distribute tasks, monitor productivity, and coordinate with supervisors and other site disciplines.
Pipe Fitters may measure, cut, fit, align, and install piping components according to drawings and site instructions. Electricians may perform electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities, while instrumentation technicians can work with instruments, control systems, calibration, and associated installation tasks.
Steel Erectors may assemble and position structural steel components, while CS Welders perform welding activities on carbon-steel materials using appropriate procedures. All workers should follow project safety requirements and maintain professional standards throughout their duties.
Experience, Skills & Eligibility
Four years of relevant experience is specified for every listed trade. Candidates should therefore have practical experience matching the position they are applying for. Supervisory and foreman applicants should be capable of leading work teams and coordinating daily activities, while technicians and skilled tradespeople should have strong hands-on knowledge of their respective disciplines.
